Refund Policy

Dek Superstars offers a number of team based programs. These programs are structured around the number of participants who register for the offering. Once registration closes, No Refunds will be offered to registered participants. Regarding Incorrect registrations, Store Credit will only be issued for those that incorrectly register for the wrong program, less a $10.00 Service Charge.  

Modifications and exceptions are listed below. 

Exceptions:

1. For the inability on the part of Dek Superstars to fulfill a placement on a team or commitment to offer the program will warrant a refund of the registration (tuition) fee.
2. Due to a Medical reason, this exception request must be made in writing. If a registrant provides a medical reason administered by a Medical Doctor, no later than the completion of the first scheduled game or practice, will a registration refund be made in full. 

After the first game or team practice is complete NO Refunds or Credits Apply.  Thank you.
